XCHANGING EXPANDS EXECUTIVE TEAM WITH CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER TO SET STAGE FOR GLOBAL GROWTH

Appoints new marketing executive to lead global brand and marketing management for the Group

LONDON, 21 April 2009

Xchanging, a fast growing, pure play global business processor company, announced the appointment of Lori Doyle as Chief Marketing Officer. Lori will spearhead the development of the Xchanging brand and the go-to-market strategy for its expanding global business. Her responsibilities will include the development of Xchanging’s key customer offerings along with all marketing and communications programs across the Group. Lori will be a member of the Xchanging Management Board and will be based in the US.

An accomplished leader, Lori brings rich marketing experience working with global brands across a variety of industries for both B2B and B2C companies. In her most recent roles at the Unisys Corporation as Vice President, Global Marketing and Business Development for the Global Outsourcing unit, Lori successfully developed a global thought leadership platform, sales enablement and customer programs that increased awareness, built industry credentials and won new clients. As Vice President, Corporate Marketing at Unisys, Lori led global cross-business teams to deliver numerous strategic marketing and business development programs that delivered strong integrated go-to-market strategies for the USD 5 billion company. Prior to Unisys, Lori was Vice President, Global Marketing for Avaya Inc. and Director, Brand Management at AT&T Corporation.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
