RICHARD HOUGHTON

Richard joined Xchanging in 1999 and was among other things responsible for running Xchanging's HR business before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2003. As CFO he has responsibility for Finance, Legal and Group Implementation. Before joining Xchanging, Richard worked at Caradon plc where he was Chief Executive Officer of the Industrial Products Division and was responsible for the realignment of their overall business portfolio. He has lived and worked in the USA and Australia and began his career at Esso having graduated in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge. He completed an MBA at Harvard and subsequently spent 5 years working in consulting at McKinsey.
